We hope this announcement finds you well. We are writing to address a matter of utmost importance regarding the recent shipment of authorized products that you have received since 8th of November 2022. It has come to our attention that the stamps on these products, have been inaccurately placed. Due to the change in our corporate governance structure, there were a number of changes and adjustments in the internal communication and notification process, resulting in delayed announcement. However, we guarantee that every process has been rigorously monitored to ensure that there are no similar cases in the future.
We want to assure you that the products themselves meet the required standards and are authorized for sale in the Vietnamese market. However, due to a production error at our facility, the stamps were placed incorrectly on the products, resulting in a deviation from the expected presentation.
We understand the importance of hologram labeling and the role it plays in ensuring exclusive and anti-cross border trading that remain the market integrity. We want to emphasize that the quality and authenticity of the products remain intact, despite the misplaced stamps and there is only one batch on 8th November 2022 had defective stamp placement. The issue solely pertains to the packaging differentiation aspect and do not impact the quality of our products.
Please be assured that we have addressed this matter with our manufacturing, which is taking immediate action to rectify the situation. They are conducting a comprehensive review of their production processes to prevent such defective from occurring in the future. Additionally, they will be implementing enhanced quality control measures to ensure strict adherence to the prescribed stamp placement guidelines.
