Return Qualifications:
O'Douds will offer a full refund only if there is a defect in the product. No partial refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered based on personal preference. Orders with incorrect shipping information, order alterations, or cancellations must be communicated to our service team within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order is shipped, changes such as shipping address modifications or order cancellations are not applicable.

Return Window:
You may return defective goods within 30 days of purchase.

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, please email info@odouds.us, explaining the issue with the product (including any relevant pictures). Returned items should be in their original condition. Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
